The Breakwater Inn & Spa offers charming, luxurious accommodations year-round. Our thirty-four lodging Inn and Spa rooms and suites all feature fresh contemporary Maine coastal design. Wraparound porches and waterfront decks provide panoramic vistas of the water, garden courtyard and lush lawns sloping gently to our private pebble beach.

Dining
Stripers Waterfront Seafood Restaurant specializes in the freshest local Kennebunkport Maine seafood and offers panoramic views of the river and the breakwater, the namesake of the Breakwater Inn & Spa. Stripers is open for dinner every night and brunch on Sundays.

Spa Services
The Breakwater Inn offers refined guests a Spa Services Menu that is truly inspiring, luxurious and just a little indulgent and has quickly built a reputation as one of Maine’s best spas. Our exclusive treatment areas and Spa Rooms and Suites are unique in Kennebunkport. The Spa is open from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm from June to November and from 10.00 am until 6.00 pm from December to May.

The Breakwater Inn & Spa offers elegantly-appointed meeting space that can accommodate up to 20 people. Audio-visual assistance can be arranged upon request.

Fitness Centre
A comprehensively equipped fitness facility is available featuring treadmills elliptical machines stationary bikes and strength training machines. The fitness facility has bold ocean views of the stunning coastline and is open daily from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm in high season and 10.00 am to 6.00 pm in the winter season.
