The Breakwater Apartments are located adjacent to our Spa Building with easy access to our luxury spa, fitness center and gym. Ideal for couples, families or for longer stays, these quality one bedroom apartments are the perfect lodging for your next visit to Kennebunkport. There are three Breakwater Serviced Apartments to choose from*:

Apartment One
Queen bedded apartment with water views, located on first floor adjacent to Spa building. This quality serviced apartment offers a private waterfront deck, living room with seating area and fold out sofa. Fully equipped kitchen and tile bath with step in shower.

Apartment Two
Queen bedded apartment also with water views, located on second floor adjacent to Spa building. Private waterfront deck, living room with seating area and fold out sofa. Fully equipped kitchen and tile bath with step in shower.

Apartment Three
Although without a water view, this lovely queen bedded apartment is on the second floor adjacent to Spa building. Living room with seating area and daybed. Fully equipped kitchen and tile bath with step in shower.

In your luxury Kennebunkport apartment, you will discover a luxurious pillow topped bed with bright white down-filled duvet and fluffy pillows. Cable TV and a DVD player are available too. In-room controlled heat and air conditioning ensure your comfort in any season and high speed wireless internet access is available throughout. Daily maid service is also included in your rate.
