Please note that all rooms in our Spa Building offer elevator access. Check-in for both the Inn and Spa guest rooms takes place in the Spa Building, which is located at 127 Ocean Avenue in Kennebunkport.
Spa Queen Partial Harbor View
Located on the second and third floors, Spa Queen Partial Harbor View rooms are equipped with a queen size bed, a mini-fridge, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Spa King Harbor View
Spa King Harbor View rooms are located on the second and third floors of the Spa Building. They are equipped with a king size bed, a twin size sofa bed, a mini-fridge, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Spa King Suite
Located on the third floor of the Spa Building, the King Suite features a King bed, a flat-screen TV and a raised seating area with a couch and two cushion chairs looking out through a bay window to the Kennebunk River and Atlantic Ocean. The suite has its own balcony facing the water.
Wasterside Cottage
For guests seeking an additional measure of privacy and space, our generously proportioned, one-bedroom Waterside Cottage features an open King master bed and living room with views of the yachts and boats cruising on the Kennebunk River, a private kitchen as well as large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.
